How to order:

1. Request a TRV via our credit platform. Use the supplement request field.
2. Request a TRV via Email or FAX. to fill out and print our new form. Please assign a Loan # or unique identifier to track this request.
3. Critical Step: Fax the signed completed form to 425-368-0477 or email it to trv@arcreports.com. We cannot place the order with the IRS without this form. We DO NOT need page 2 of the form.
4. to see a completed sample of the 4506T.  We have highlighted the main areas of concern that will generate a discrepancy.
5. 24-48 Hour Delivery. Delivery of your order will be made through a secure website.
