Provides up to 30 recent sales within a 5 mile radius. Average
square footage, age of properties, median and average sale
price, along with a range of the highest sale price and the
lowest.
Recent Area Sales:
Provides addresses, sales
price, proximity to subject property, square footage, age, tax
accessed value, lost size, bedroom and bathroom count, and date
of sale. This section has an expanded view, where you can access
in depth detail about the recent sales transactions and property
