We have some exciting news. Countrywide Home Loans is now accepting ARC credit reports via Fannie Mae’s Desktop Originator (DO).  You are no longer required to pull a credit report from Landsafe when submitting a loan to Countrywide.

Since ARC and MeridianLink are now a direct connect credit provider/sponsor with Fannie Mae, all you need to do is use your new or updated MeridianLink sponsored Fannie Mae code when using DO for the most efficient reissue access with Countrywide.

Just make sure you have Countrywide DO Lender sponsorship and that you have access to DO (either via DO on the Web or via their LOS interface with Fannie Mae).
