ARC ads one new feature to it’s already all-inclusive pricing for escrow services. Now included in the standard pricing is a Thank You Card, sent to the customer on behalf of the Realtor or Loan Originator, and a follow-up customer satisfaction survey. The customer satisfaction survey asks a series of questions about the entire real estate transaction. A pre-paid return envelope is included with the survey that goes back to a marketing company who will tabulate the data. This data is not re-sold or used for any other purpose than providing feedback to ARC Escrow and the others involved in the Real Estate transaction.

ARC Escrow’s standard fees include: escrow fee, courier, facsimile, wire fees, overnight mail, download and printing of loan docs, lender required payoffs, and mobile closings. Now we also include a Thank You package.

For an additional charge ARC Escrow will also include a Gift Card that will be given to the customer at the time of closing.
