The MBA Council meets a couple of times a year - at the National Policy Conference and at the State & Local Workshop. A large part of the council’s activities is developing the program for the State & Local Workshop which always occurs prior to the MBA Annual Convention each year. The council is tasked with developing new ways in which the State and Local MBA's can better work and network with the MBA to provide the best service to its members.

Mike is a former board member of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association and the Community Home Ownership Center. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the International District Housing Alliance and is the immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association.
