Because these classes are for the purpose of continuing education we have to be very strict on administering our attendance policies. You must sign in at the beginning and the end of each completed class to ensure 100% attendance. If you arrive 5 minutes late for the class, or do not come back from the allotted time for the ‘break’, you will not receive credit for the clock hours.

We are only able to offer complete clock hours based on the approved class format. For example: If you only need 1 clock hour, but want to take our Determining Property Value Class, you must be present for the entire 1.5 clock hour class. You cannot leave 30 minutes early or arrive 30 minutes late. We do not give partial credit for any of our classes.

Copies of the attendance rosters are kept on file for two years from the date of the class, After two years, the rosters are scanned and kept electronically.

If you pre-register for the class and pay for your clock hours in advance, we have a 10 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 10 days from the scheduled date of the class, you will get a full refund. We will need to be notified of your cancellation either in writing or via email. Please send cancellation requests to American Reporting Company, 1909 214th St. SE, Suite 102, Bothell, WA 98021, ATTN: Education Department, or email education@arcreports.com.

If you need to cancel your reservation within 10 days of the scheduled class, payment will be credited towards any of our future classes. Every effort will be made to give priority seating to those who are making up a class or meeting their licensing deadlines.

If we have to re-schedule a class due to instructor illness then a full refund will be given to all participants.

If we have to re-schedule a class due to bad weather, then a credit will be given to all pre-registrants that may be applied towards future classes.
