On August 1, 2005, American Reporting Company, LLC (ARC) implemented the FNC Inc.'s Collateral Management System (CMS).

ARC selected the CMS system as a means to provide capacity to increase complete appraisal assignments their clients. The CMS system provides ARC with automated processing to reduce the turn time between 1 and 2 days from the typical walk-in appraisal assignment.

The bottom line is that ARC's clients get the benefits of the back office appraisal management system used by the leading national lenders. This in turn allows ARC's clients the luxury of not worrying about the appraisal process, and instead they are able to focus on closing more loans.
