ARC is expanding appraisal services into California and Utah

American Reporting Company, LLC, (ARC) is expanding its product and service offerings to the mortgage lending communities. ARC has been one of the premier credit reporting agencies since 1986. Founded on a reputation of reliable products and exceptional service, ARC began offering appraisal services in November of 2004 in Washington. In March ARC Appraisal expanded to Oregon, and by June they will be fully staffed to cover California and Utah assignments.

ARC has hired a staff of residential and commercial appraisers. As employees of ARC these appraisers only do work for ARC and its clients. Appraisers are strategically placed to provide optimal coverage and capacity for increased efficiency.

ARC has developed their staffing model with optimal coverage in mind. Currently our staff appraisers can conduct appraisals in every county from the Canadian to the Mexico boarder along the I-5 corridor. ARC also takes assignments outside of these areas using their nationwide network of appraisers when needed.

Duane Peterson, a 20 year veteran in the appraisal business, is the Appraisal Manager for ARC. “I believe that the lending community is looking for ways to reduce cost and cycle time of loan origination.” Says Peterson, “By having staff appraisers we manage the entire process from the appraisal procurement to delivery. Ultimately this means mortgage professionals can focus more time on processing loans. We only hire experienced staff appraisers, keeping quality and service as the forefront of our priorities.
