For over 30 years, American Reporting Company has been providing a full range of credit reports to fulfill every need a client may have in providing both a lending decision or assessing their loan portfolio. Our credit reports are HUD and GSE (FannieMae, FreddieMac) approved and can be easily be ordered directly through our website or integrated within your LOS (loan origination platform). The most common and comprehensive credit report we offer today is the tri-merge credit report which includes data from all three credit bureau repositories; Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Of course one can order 1, 2, or all 3 bureaus depending on your choice and lending need.
To provide the most efficient solution to your lending process, American Reporting Company provides customized credit report layouts, and helpful add-on products to your credit reports. Customized layouts allow your lending staff to view credit reports the way they want to, which translates to greater efficiency in the mortgage lending process.
For non-English speaking borrowers, American Reporting Company can provide tri-merge credit reports (consumer copies) in a variety of different languages including Spanish and Mandarin.
Although some credit providers like to charge for items that are required on credit reports, American Reporting Company looks at credit reports differently, and ensures the following items are always complimentary:
